One: If you have a treadmill, one of the most important things that you should be doing is turning it up to high speed while watching TV. This will increase the amount of calories that you burn while you are watching TV.

Secondly, if you have an elliptical trainer, do the same thing. When you are exercising on your elliptical trainer, you are using a different muscle group than that of someone who is working out on a treadmill.

Thirdly, whenever you are working out on your elliptical trainer, be sure that you are alternating your leg and arm exercise. By alternating your leg and arm exercise, you are allowing your body to be used to alternating work out.

Fourth, after every workout that you do on an elliptical trainer, go outside for a little while and just walk around. This will get your blood circulating and will make it easier to maintain a steady heart rate while you are working out on your elliptical trainer.

So there you have it, three great ways to workout while watching TV. Now all you have to do is find some more great ways to exercise while watching TV. still able to enjoy the weather while you are exercising.

Two: Another great way to workout while watching TV is to set up your equipment in your living room. If you already have a couch and two reclining chairs, then you can easily set up your home gym.

Three: Set up your television set in a comfortable position. Make sure that you have the right angle so that you can enjoy watching your favorite shows.

In conclusion, if you really want to lose weight, you can find some great ways to workout while watching TV. Follow these tips and I guarantee that you will be able to lose weight while watching your favorite shows!

I am no doctor, but I know this much, if you want to lose weight, you must be very disciplined and you must be willing to follow through with the plan. You may not get the desired results at the first week. But as long as you are willing to stick with it, you will soon see results.
